3-poliger gerader Hochvoltstecker mit Schraubverriegelung.
Passend zu HVC8 Stiftleiste 382005102 oder Umbau
B- auf C-Muster Stiftleiste.

Kabelfixierung Cable fixation

Achtung!
Die Kabel müssen genau in der Flucht zum Stecker verlaufen und so fixiert werden.
Kabelfixierung so ausführen, dass keine Bewegungen zwischen Stecker und Kabelfixierung entstehen.
Die Kabelfixierung abhängig von der Kabelvibration ausführen: Ohne Kabelvibration (A) mit einer Befestigung (1a).
Bei vorhandener Kabelvibration (B) mit zwei Befestigungen (1b), und für die elektrische Portalachse AxTrax AVE
sind von ZF spezielle Kabelhalter für die Motoren beider Seiten erhältlich (1c).

Vor der Montage Montageanleitung sorgfältig lesen und
die Schritte befolgen.
MONTAGE UNTER SPANNUNG IST NICHT ZULÄSSIG!
Vor Montagebeginn zu beachten:
• Montage sauber und trocken ausführen!
• Nur in Kombination mit passender Stiftleiste verwenden!
• Unvollständige, verschmutzte und beschädigte Produkte
dürfen nicht verwendet werden!
• Nur geeignete Werkzeuge verwenden!
• Anzugsdrehmoment beachten!
• Kabelabgang nach oben ist nicht zulässig! (Bild A)
• Auf gerade Kabelführung achten! (Bild B + C)
• Kabelfixierung abhängig von der Kabelvibration durch-
führen! (Kabelfixierung)
• Antriebsstrang muss geerdet sein!
• Vor erneuter Montage Dichtflächen an Stiftleiste und
Stecker reinigen und Führungsbolzen reinigen und fetten!

Product description
Robust high voltage connector for power components
of a electric power train.
3-pole straight connector with screw fixation.
Consistent with HVC8 header connector 382005102
or upgrade-kit B to C sample header connector.

Attention!
The cables must run exactly in line with the connector and be fastened in this way.
Mount the cable in such way, that there is no movement between connector and cable fixation.
Fixing of cables depending on the cable vibration. Without cable vibration (A) use one fixing point (1a). With cable
vibration (B) use two fixing points (1b), and in case of the electric portal axle AxTrax AVE from ZF a special cable
support is available for motors on both sides (1c).

Carefully read and follow the steps in the installation
instruction.
DO NOT INSTALL ON ENERGIZED LINES!
Read before beginning assembly:
• Installation has to be carried out in clean and
dry conditions!
• Only applicable in combination with the correct HVC8
header connector!
• Incomplete, soiled and damaged products may not be
used!
• Use only suitable tools!
• Adhere to the torque limits!
• Upward cable outlet not allowed! (Picture A)
• Comply with the required straight cable alignement!

• Cable fixation depending on the cable vibration!
(Cable fixation)
• Powertrain must be grounded!
• Clean sealing surfaces on receptacle and connector
before re-connecting! Clean and grease the guiding pin
before re-connecting!
