Problem
The device is plugged in
but won't function.
The remote control
does not work.

Possible cause and solution
• Is the power plug properly connected?
Is the power indicator on?
If not, check if there is a power outage.
• Is the battery empty?
Please replace it with a new one.

Please check if it's facing the right side.

• Is the remote control aimed
at the LED display of the fan?
