Care and maintenance
It is recommended that the ice maker be cleaned every week.
1.
Stop the ice making process by pressing [ ON/OFF ].
2.
Unplug the mains lead from the wall socket.
3.
If there is any water in the ice catcher, push the ice catcher backwards.
4.
Note: Never clean or touch the evaporator with your hands!
5.
Move the ice maker so that the front
edge is protruding 60 mm over
the edge of the surface upon which
the machine is standing.
6.
Remove the drain plug to empty
the ice maker of any water.
7.
Refit the drain plug, making sure that
it is seated properly.
8.
Plug the ice maker into a wall socket.
9.
Fill the water tank with clean water and press [ SELECT ] until the "CLEAN"
light comes on and the "POWER" light flashes.
10. Press [ ON/OFF ]. The cleaning process will start and last for approx.
six minutes. The ice maker will then enter standby mode.
11. Remove the drain plug to empty the water out of the ice maker.
12. Remove the ice basket and wipe the interior and exterior of the ice
maker clean using a damp cloth. Wash the ice scoop and the ice basket.
Use lukewarm water and a mild detergent or washing-up liquid, never
solvents or corrosive chemicals.
13. Follow cleaning steps 1–6.

Unplug the ice maker, drain any water out and let it air dry before putting it away
for storage.

The ice maker should be stored in a dry, dust-free environment out of
children's reach.
