Licence manager
In an IP video-entryphone system, the Licence manager
allows enabling optional services transmitted by activating a
licence. The device must be connected via an RJ45 interface
to the video-door entry system network. The Video-Door
IP Manager software enables configuring and updating the
device's firmware and activating the necessary licenses: for
further details please refer to the Video-Door IP Manager
manual.
Once activated, the licences are unequivocally paired with
the specific Licence manager and the services enabled in
the system to which it belongs. In the event of failure, please
contact the technical support service for the replacement of
the device and restoration of the licensed services.
An IP video-door entry system network cannot be connected
to more than one Licence manager.

Installation: on DIN mounting frame, flush or surface
mounted in the switchboard or equipment-bearing cover
(art. V50006).
Installation guidelines:
• The RJ45 network interface is to be connected solely to a
SELV (Safety Extra-Low Voltage) network.
• The PoE (Power-over-Ethernet PSE, Power Sourcing
Equipment) power supply unit must provide electrical
insulation between any accessible conductor including
the earth wire, if there is one, and all the contacts of the
network ports, including those not used by the PSE or by
the device to be installed.
Terminals:
• PoE: interface RJ45 Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, PoE class 0.

Installation should be carried out observing current installa-
tion regulations for electrical systems in the Country where
the products are installed.

ment or packaging, this means the product must not
be included with other general waste at the end of
its working life. The user must take the worn product to a

of charge (without any new purchase obligation) to retailers
with a sales area of at least 400m
