Lettore/programmatore di carte a transponder con tasca
verticale in scatola inclinata da tavolo. Da completare con
placca.
Il dispositivo consente la programmazione e la codifica delle carte a transponder da
utilizzare con i lettori 20457, 19457, 16927, 14457 e le tasche 20453, 19453, 16923
e 14453 (nelle rispettive varianti colore).
Il lettore/programmatore deve essere connesso a un personal computer sul quale
deve essere installato l'apposito software per la creazione e la gestione dei dati
necessari alla configurazione delle carte secondo le diverse esigenze richieste.
Il dispositivo è provvisto di cavo per il collegamento della porta USB del PC e di
tasca retroilluminata per la segnalazione di lettura/scrittura della carta. E' montato su
scatola inclinata da tavolo e non necessita di driver.
CARATTERISTICHE.
• Alimentazione: da porta USB (5 V d.c.).
• Consumo: 130 mA.
• Connessione: cavo USB 1.1 o superiore per collegamento al PC.
• Temperatura di funzionamento: -5 °C - +45 °C (uso interno).
• Questo apparecchio contiene solo circuiti SELV che devono essere mantenuti sepa-
rati da circuiti a tensione pericolosa.
Nota.
Il dispositivo viene alimentato dal PC tramite la porta USB; quindi, in fase di dimen-
sionamento dell'impianto (numero di alimentatori necessari), non si deve tener
conto del consumo del dispositivo.
FUNZIONAMENTO.
La programmazione avviene inserendo la carta a transponder (che può essere ver-
gine o già precedentemente utilizzata) nella tasca del lettore dopo aver selezionato
dal software del PC il comando di scrittura.
Se, dopo 30 s dal comando, nessuna carta viene inserita nella tasca, il comando
di programmazione viene annullato ed al PC viene inviato un messaggio che il
dispositivo è in attesa di dati.
La lettura delle carte avviene in maniera analoga; la carta viene inserita nella tasca
del dispositivo che leggerà i dati memorizzati (codici, password, ecc.) e li trasmet-
terà al PC.
Il lettore/programmatore consente la programmazione e/o la lettura dei seguenti
dati:
- "Codice impianto" (che individua l'installazione o il nome dell'hotel o del sito dove
è installato il sistema);
- "Password" (del cliente o di servizio);
- "Data" (giorno/mese/anno).
REGOLE DI INSTALLAZIONE.
L'installazione deve essere effettuata con l'osservanza delle disposizioni regolanti
l'installazione del materiale elettrico in vigore nel paese dove i prodotti sono installati.

Transponder card reader/programmer with vertical pocket in
table mounting box. To be completed with cover plate.
The device enables programming and coding the transponder cards to use with the
readers 20457, 19457, 16927, 14457 and the pockets 20453, 19453, 16923 and
14453 (in the respective colour variations).
The reader/programmer must be connected to a personal computer on which the
specific software must be installed for creating and managing the necessary data for
the configuration of the cards according to the different requirements.
The device is equipped with a cable for connecting the USB port of the PC and a
backlit pocket for signalling card reading/writing. It is mounted on a tilted desktop
box and needs no driver.
CHARACTERISTICS.
• Power supply: from USB port (5 V d.c.).
• Consumption: 130 mA.
• Connection: USB 1.1 or higher cable for connection to PC.
• Operating temperature: -5 °C - +45 °C (inside).
• This device contains only SELV circuits that must be kept separate from circuits
with dangerous voltage.
Note.
The device is supplied by the PC via the USB port; therefore, in the phase of sizing
the system (number of necessary power supplies), you must not take account of the
consumption of the device.
OPERATION.
Programming takes place by inserting the transponder card (that can be blank or
already used previously) into the reader pocket after having selected the writing
command with the PC software.
If, 30 s after the command, no card is inserted into the pocket, the programming
command is cancelled and the PC is sent a message telling it that the device is
awaiting data.
The cards are read in a similar manner; the card is inserted into the pocket of the
device that will read the saved data (codes, passwords, etc.) and will transmit them
to the PC.
The reader/programmer enables programming and/or reading the following data:
- "Codice impianto" (System code) (that identifies the installation or the name of the
hotel or the site where the system is installed);
- "Password" (of the client or service);
- "Data" (Date) (day/month/year).
INSTALLATION RULES.
Installation should be carried out in compliance with the current regulations regarding
the installation of electrical systems in the country where the products are installed.
