Terms and guidelines
Semexo warrants this product for a period of 2 years from date of purchase or receipt of the product.
To obtain the warranty you must submit the proof of warranty or ownership (original sales receipt or original invoice /
payment confirmation) from the store in which you purchased the product, including the defective product. The origi-
nal proof of purchase or original invoice must include the date of purchase, the name and address of the trader, the
name of the purchaser and the full type designation of the product. Warranty claims must be asserted immediately
within the warranty period. This warranty is only for the first buyer of the product and is not transferable (for example
by resale).
In the event of a warranty, Semexo will, at its discretion, either repair defective parts, refund the original product price
or replace the product.
If repair is not feasible and an identical product for the purpose of the exchange is no longer performed within the
product assortment, Semexo provides an equivalent possible replacement product or issues a refund in the amount
of the original product price. An exchange or repair of the device does not give any extended or new warranty.
Excluded from the warranty
(1) damage caused by improper use or handling;
(2) use-related or other naturally occurring wear defects;
(3) damage caused by non-observance of the given operating instructions and safety instructions (manual);
(4) Batteries and / or glass surfaces, if any;
(5) claims for damages;
(6) damage caused by force majeure or causes beyond the control of the manufacturer (e.g. lightning strike);
(7) products used for commercial purposes;
(8) products that have been modified;
This warranty is valid worldwide. Legal rights, in particular warranty rights, continue to apply and are not limited or
influenced by this warranty.
