NOTICE DE MONTAGE
POUR 1K52
A) APPLICATION
Fixé entre une emboiture fémorale et un genou, le rotateur 1K52 permet une
rotation de la partie inférieure de la prothèse chaque fois que l'utilisateur le
souhaite, par exemple pour mettre une chaussure ou s'assoir sur le sol. Ce
produit est destiné à des patients dont le poids, charge portée incluse, n'excède
pas 100 kg.
B) FONCTIONNEMENT (cf. Fig.1)
Presser sur le bouton poussoir (1a) afin de déverrouiller la rotation, la partie de la
prothèse située sous le rotateur 1K52 (1) peut alors tourner. La rotation se
verrouillera automatiquement lorsque la partie inférieure de la prothèse sera
remise dans sa position initiale.
C) CONNEXIONS (cf. Fig.1)
Le rotateur 1K52 (1) peut être connecté, par sa partie supérieure, à tout compo-
sant de type pyramide femelle (2), et par sa partie inférieure, à tout genou (3)
muni d'une pyramide mâle.
D) ASSEMBLAGE (cf. Fig.1)
Remplacer la vis (2a) située à l'avant du connecteur (2) par la vis M8 de
longueur 18 mm fournie avec le rotateur.
Procéder à l'alignement de la prothèse, et une fois l'alignement correct obtenu,
enduire les 4 vis (1b) du rotateur avec de la colle frein filet moyen
(réf. PROTEOR XC047), puis avec une clé six pans de 4 mm (4) les serrer à un
couple de 10Nm. Enduire également les 4 vis du connecteur (2) de colle frein
filet moyen XC047 et les serrer au couple préconisé par le fabricant de ce
connecteur.
ATTENTION: Lors du serrage des vis du rotateur 1K52 et du connecteur (2),
assurez vous que la clé (4), ou tout autre outil, n'entre pas en contact avec
le bouton poussoir (1a) ou avec le genou (3) qui risqueraient d'être
détériorés.
E) REGLAGE DU JEU (cf. Fig.2)
En cas de jeu constaté dans le système de verrouillage, procéder comme suit
afin de l'éliminer:
•
Avec une clé six pans de 1.5 mm, retirer la vis de réglage M3 (1c)
•
Avec une clé six pans de 4 mm, serrer l'axe (1d) jusqu'à disparition du jeu
•
Enduire la vis M3 (1c) de colle XC047 et la remettre en place en la serrant à
un couple de 1.5Nm

FOR 1K52
A) USE
Attached to the AK socket and to the knee, the 1K52 rotator enables the BK part
of the prosthesis to rotate whenever needed by the user, e.g. when putting a
shoe on or sitting on the floor. It is appropriate for patients whose weight, carried
load included, does not exceed 100 kg.
B) OPERATION (Fig.1)
Press push button (1a) to unlock rotation : the part of the prosthesis located
below the 1K52 rotator (1) can turn. Rotation will be automatically locked again
when the lower part of the prosthesis comes back to the original position.
C) CONNECTIONS (Fig.1)
The 1K52 rotator (1) can be connected at its upper part to any female pyramid
component(2), and at its lower part to any knee (3) fitted with a male pyramid.
D) ASSEMBLING (Fig.1)
Remove screw (2a) located in the front part of connector (2) and replace it by
screw M8 (18 mm length) supplied with the rotator.
Align the prosthesis properly, then apply PROTEOR adhesive XC047 to the four
screws (1b) of the rotator. Tighten them at a 10 Nm torque with a 4 mm hex
wrench (4). Also apply adhesive XC047 to the four screws of connector (2) and
tighten them at the torque recommended by the manufacturer of the connector.
CAUTION : When tightening the screws of the 1K52 rotator and of
connector (2), take care that wrench (4) or any other tool does not get in
touch with push buttom (1q) and knee (3) that could be damaged.
E) LOOSENESS ADJUSTMENT (Fig.2)
If looseness appears in the locking system, proceed as follows to remove it :
•
Use a 1.5 mm hex wrench to remove M3 set screw (1c)
•
Use a 4 mm hex wrench to tighten axis (1d) until looseness disappears
•
Apply adhesive XC047 on M3 screw (1c), then re-position it again and
tighten it at a 1.5Nm torque.
