1.Assembling
the Smart ZBIKE
See the illustrations on pages 5 to 11.
Screw the front and rear crossbars to either end of the

stand base. Use 4 M8x20 screws and 4 M8 washers, and
the 5-mm hex key to tighten them. Once the crossbars
are tightly attached, cover the front and rear attachment
points with the plastic trim.

Thread the pedals onto the crank arms. Use the 15-mm
key for this. Be sure to attach the L pedal on the left and
the R pedal on the right (these markings are shown on
the inner side of the pedal) facing forward. Keep in mind
the direction of rotation when tightening.

Insert the seat post in the stand. You can adjust the seat
height by raising or lowering the post. Use the knob
on the frame to lock it in place. You can move the seat
forward or backward using a 14-mm key (not included).

Insert the handlebar stem into the frame. You can adjust
the handlebar height by raising or lowering the stem.
Use the knob on the frame to lock it in place.
2. Getting started
1. Plug the Smart ZBIKE into the outlet.
The LED just below the handlebar stem will light up.
The LED should stay green until the bike is paired via Ant+
or Bluetooth.
2. Set up the local communications system:
Ant+. Connect the USB ANT+ antenna to your PC or tablet.
If using an Android tablet, you will need an additional

Insert the handlebar into the guide on the stem. Use the
knob to tighten the handlebar in the desired position.
Lean the bicycle so you can move it on its wheels.

Plug the AC transformer into the connector located at

the left rear of the central bar on the stand.
Place the smartphone holder wherever you like on

the handlebar. Remember that there is a USB port at
the front of the frame, just below the handlebar, for
charging your smartphone.
Plug your handlebar into the ethernet socket to change
the resistance through the buttons.

Finally, and before you start using your bike, remember
to remove the protective piece holding the flywheel in
place by pulling down on it.
adapter (OTG cable, not included). The USB ANT+ antenna
included is not compatible with the iPad.
Bluetooth. In Windows, pair your Smart ZBIKE to your
PC first (not necessary on Mac, iPad or Android tablets).
Remember that your Smart ZBIKE can only be connected to
one Bluetooth device at a time.
