  • Seite 2 C 120 is the third module in a family of programmable LCD counter modules. This microcontroller-based module is designed round a 6+3 character alphanumeric starburst LCD. The LED backlit display shows the 6 digit counter readings as well as a comprehensive operator menu. Navigation through the menu, using the front keypad, is straightforward and allows the user to select the desired timer range.
  • Seite 3 DISPLAY INDICATORS 6 Large Starburst Digits - In Normal Mode, the 6 Large Starburst Digits are used to display time. In Menu Mode, the 6 Large Starburst Digits are used to display the menu options. 3 Small Starburst Digits - In Normal Mode, the 3 Small Starburst Digits are used to display AM/PM (12 Hour mode) or Days (24 Hour + Day mode) In Menu Mode, the 3 Small Starburst Digits are used to display some of the menu options.
  • Seite 4 THE MENU MAP The module will remember the current configuration settings for as long as the module receives a correct supply voltage. When power is removed (or reduced below the “correct” supply voltage) and re-applied, all settings are lost, and the module powers up to the last saved settings. If none were saved, the module powers up to the factory default settings.

    THE OPERATOR MENU The user can configure the C120 via the 4 push buttons on the front of the module. Alternatively, use the SW1 to SW4 pins on the rear. MENU FUNCTIONS Press ENTER, then enter the passcode. UP and DOWN change the digit to the required code. ESC progresses to the next digit.

This security feature allows a system administrator to ensure that the configurations set up via this menu cannot be changed, either by accident or malice. - Default value: 0000 - Press ENTER to select a new Passcode.

    LE MENU OPERATEUR L'utilisateur peut configurer le C120 via les 4 boutons poussoirs situés à l'avant du module. Sinon, utilisez les broches SW1 et SW4 situées à l'arrière. FONCTIONS DU MENU Appuyez sur ENTRER, puis tapez le mot de passe. Utilisez les touches HAUT et BAS pour afficher le code désiré.

  • Seite 16 Das C120 ist das dritte Modul einer Gruppe programmierbarer LCD-Zählmodule. Dieses Modul auf Mikroprozessorbasis wurde mit einer alphanumerischen 6+3-Starburst-LCD entworfen. Das mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung ausgestattete Display zeigt die sechsstellige Meßangabe sowie ein umfangreiches Benutzermenü. Das Menü läßt sich ohne weiteres mit Hilfe der Fronttasten durchlaufen und ermöglicht dem Benutzer die Auswahl des gewünschten Zeitgeberbereichs.

    ANZEIGE 6 große Starburstzahlen - Im normalen Betrieb werden die sechs großen Starburstzahlen zum Darstellen der Zeit benutzt. Im Menübetrieb dienen die sechs großen Starburstzahlen dem Anzeigen der Menüoptionen. 3 kleine Starburstzahlen - Im normalen Betrieb werden die drei kleinen Starburstzahlen zum Darstellen von AM/PM [morgens/nachmittags] (bei 12- Stundenbetrieb) oder der Tage (24St+Tag-Betrieb) benutzt.
  • Seite 18 DIE MENÜMAPPE Das Modul hält die aktuellen Konfigurationseinstellungen so lange, wie es die korrekte Versorgungsspannung empfängt. Wenn der Strom abgestellt wird (oder unter die „korrekte" Spannung abfällt) und dann wieder eingeschaltet wird, gehen alle Einstellungen verloren. Dann läuft das Modul mit den zuletzt gespeicherten Einstellungen an.
  • Seite 19 DAS BEDIENERMENÜ Der Benutzer kann das C 120 mit Hilfe der vier Drucktasten an der Vorderseite des Moduls konfigurieren. Alternativ können die PINS SW1 bis SW4 an der Rückseite benutzt werden. MENÜFUNKTIONEN Drücken Sie ENTER und geben den Paßcode ein. UP und DOWN stellen die Zahl auf den gewünschten Code ein.

Dieses Schutzmerkmal ermöglicht es dem Systemadministrator sicherzustellen, daß die über dieses Menü eingerichtete Systemkonfiguration weder versehentlich noch böswillig verändert werden kann. - Vorgabe: 0000 - Drücken von ENTER läßt Sie einen neuen Paßcode eingeben. Die Anzeige stellt 0000 dar. UP und DOWN stellt die Zahlen auf den gewünschten Code ein.

  • Seite 25 LA MAPPA DI MENU Il modulo conserva in memoria i parametri di configurazione correnti finché riceve una tensione di alimentazione corretta. Interrompendo l'alimentazione (o riducendola a un livello inferiore al valore "corretto") e ridando tensione all'apparecchio, si determina la perdita di tutte le impostazioni e la riattivazione del modulo alle ultime impostazioni salvate.
