Check the condition of the flange set. The surfaces
between the saw flange and the blade need to be clean
and has to fit exactly.
Mount the new blade. Please take care of the direction of
rotation of the blade be similar to the arrow on the saw
cap.
Put the front flange back on the axe.
Turn bolt C into the external axe.
Put the screwdriver between the toothing of the diamond
blade, so that this blocks and lock bolt C.
Use the same procedure to change a worn diamond blade.

5. USE THE RIGHT DIAMOND BLADE.

Choose a type of saw blade which is suitable for the material
to be sawn. We advise you diamond blades of Carat.
Consider the instructions of the diamond blades.
Take care that the blade is turning the right direction. Watch to
the arrow on the blade.
6. ADJUST THE CUTTING DEPTH.
The depth of the cut needs to be adapted to of the hardness
of the material to be cut. By using this way overpressure of

Cutting in concrete has to be done in parts of 4 until 6 cm
depth; so for instance: a depth of 12 cm depth in 2 until 3
steps. Cut brick in steps of 5 until 8 cm, depending on the
hardness of the stone.

Adjust the cutting depth:
Disconnect the W-3011 Laser from the electricity net.
Unscrew button 1.
Adjust the saw depth by moving the motor along the rails (2).

7. START USING

The tension of the wall socket must be similar to the voltage
indication on the machine. To prevent unintentional starts the
wall saw machine is provided with a safety switch.

Switch on the machine:
Connect to the electricity net.
Push the lock-switch (1)

To switch of the machine, release switch (2).

8. PRACTICAL TIPS
