Cleaning and maintenance
1. After each use, wash the inner pan, the steaming plate, the lid, the measuring cup and the
spatula in warm and soapy water. Do not use scouring powder or brush for washing. Avoid
deforming or denting the bottom of the inner pan.
2. If rice has cooked onto the bottom of the inner pan, fill the pan with hot soapy water and let it
stand for about 10 minutes. Scour the cooked rice using the spatula.
3. Clean exterior with cloth soaked in warm, soapy water then wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use
chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

switch rod is abnormal.
2. The magnetic temperature limiter is
abnormal.
The auxiliary heater is damaged.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check whether the switch, the fuse of the
power plug, the socket, the power cable
are normal. Ensure that the power plug is
connected successfully.
