The zinc-casted head is permanently fixed to the body and therefore leakproof.
1. The double-nozzle grease gun is operated by pushing the plunger knob (1) forward and
allowing the spring to return the plunger knob for the next stroke.
2. Before starting to lubricate, remove protective cap (2) from the nozzle, push plunger knob
(1) several times until grease flows from the nozzle (3) in a steady stream.
3. Press nozzle (3) against fitting and push plunger knob (1) forward with rapid, complete
strokes until sufficient grease has been pumped.
4. For storage recap (2+3) nozzle.
To change nozzles simply unscrew the needle nozzle (1) and store it in the protective cap
(2).
The hydraulic nozzle (3) (located underneath the needle nozzle) is now ready for lubrification
of standard fittings.
1. Remove bottom cap (2) from the grease gun and bottom plastic cap (1) from the cartridge
2. Insert cartridge into grease gun. Push the plunker into the cartridge until pressure is felt
3. Recap (2) the double-nozzle grease Gun.
Fill always with fresh, clean grease - avoid air pockets!
