Introduction
To get the most out of your new safety
glasses, please read through these
instructions before use. Please also save the
instructions in case you need to refer to them
at a later date.
Caution:
Safety glasses do not provide unlimited eye
protection. For safety reasons, you should
read the instructions thoroughly before
using the safety glasses.
The safety glasses ful� l the requirements of
the EN 166 European standard.
Marking
The safety glasses are marked 2C-1.2 SAFER
1F on one arm and 166F CE on the other.
This marking means that the optics are class
1 and are equipped with a UV � lter. The
frame and glasses as a whole are in class F.

Material declaration
None of the parts of these safety glasses
that come into skin contact are made from
materials that are known to cause skin
irritation. Nevertheless, materials that come
into skin contact may cause allergic reactions
in certain susceptible individuals.
Storage
When the safety glasses are not in use, it is
recommended that they be stored in a clean,
dry plastic bag or a glasses case for optimal
protection.
Use
The safety glasses are intended for personal
protection. They must be worn at all times
while you are exposed to risks at work. Leave
the work area immediately if you experience
dizziness or irritation, or if the safety glasses
become damaged.
Cleansing and disinfection
If you adhere to the following points, you can
keep your safety glasses in good condition:
1. Do not use abrasive materials to clean
the safety glasses. Instead clean them in
hot soapy water and dry them with a soft
cloth.
2. Any parts of the safety glasses that come
into contact with the user's skin should
be disinfected with spirit.
