• Open the jaws of the keyless chuck 17, rotating its
front part as shown in fig. 4.
• Mount / replace the accessory�
• Tighten the keyless chuck 17 without skewing the
accessory as it is shown in fig. 4.

• Move backward the fixing bush 19 and hold it in this
position (see fig. 5).
• Mount / replace the accessory� Attention: use
accessories that have circular groove at the
stem end, their use will guarantee safe fixation of
accessory in the tool holder 18.
• Release the fixing bush 19�

CT21082HQ-2, CT21082HQ-4]
• When installed universal tool holder 3:
• Mount / replace the screwdriver bit 21 into
universal tool holder 3, as shown onto fig. 6.
Attention: the universal tool holder 3 has a built-
in magnet, therefore it is not recommended to
install double-side screwdrivers into it. They
can not be securely fixed in the universal tool
holder 3 due to the small contact area of the
screwdriver end with the magnet, while the end
of the screwdriver can destroy the magnet.
• When installed quick-change tool holder 14:
• Move backward the fixing bush 19 and hold it in
this position (see fig. 7).
• Mount / replace the accessory� Attention: use
accessories that have circular groove at the
stem end, their use will guarantee safe fixation
of accessory in the quick-change tool holder 14.
• Release the fixing bush 19�
• When installed quick-change keyless chuck 13:
• Open the jaws of the keyless chuck 13, rotating its
front part as shown in fig. 8.
• Mount / replace the accessory�
• Tighten the keyless chuck 13 without skewing the
accessory as it is shown in fig. 8.
Mounting / dismounting of the keyless chuck (see
fig. 9-10)

• To mount the keyless chuck 17, carry out the operations
in consecutive stages as it is shown in figure 9.
• To dismount the keyless chuck 17, carry out the
operations in consecutive stages as it is shown in
figure 10.
Attention: keep in mind that in the
process of mounting / dismounting of
the keyless chuck 17 the screw 22 has a
left-hand thread.
Screwdriver bit / magnetic holder (see fig. 11)

For short screwdriver bits 21 use the magnetic
holder 23 for their reliable fixing (see fig. 11).
A magnetic holder 23 is not needed for extended screw-
driver bits 21 (specially purposed for screwdrivers)�
Charging procedure of the power tool
battery
Initial operating of the power tool
The power tool is supplied with a partially charged
battery 2. Before the first use, the battery 2 must
be fully charged.
Charging process (see fig. 12-13)
• Centre the reverse switch 8�
• Press the battery lock 1 and remove the battery 2
(see fig. 12.1).
• Connect the charger 16 to the power supply�
• Insert battery 2 into charger 16 (see fig. 12.2).
• Charger indicators 25 and 26 inform of the battery 2
charging process� Signals of the indicators 25 and 26
are shown on the label 24 (see fig. 13).
• Fig� 13�1 - (the green indicator 26 is on, the
battery 2 is not inserted in the charger 16) - the
charger 16 is connected to the power network
(ready for charging)�
• Fig� 13�2 - (the red indicator 25 is on, the battery 2
is inserted in the charger 16) - the battery 2 is being
charged�
• Fig� 13�3 - (the green indicator 26 is on, the battery 2
is inserted in the charger 16) - the battery 2 is fully
charged�
• Disconnect the charger 16 from power supply after
charging�
• Remove the battery 2 from the charger 16 and
mount battery 2 in the power tool (see fig. 12.3).
Switching the power tool on / off
Make sure that the reverse switch 8 is not centred,
this blocks on / off switch 7.
Switching on:
Press on / off switch 7.

Release the on / off switch 7�
Design features of the power tool
Battery
The battery 2 is protected by the safety system against
deep discharge� In case of complete discharge, the
power tool is automatically switched off� Attention:
do not try to switch on the power tool when the
protection system is activated the battery 2 can be
damaged.
Temperature protection

The temperature protection system enables to auto-
matically deactivate the power tool in case of excess
load or when the temperature of the battery 2 is ex-

In the process of charging the battery 2
and the charger 16 become hot, it is a
normal process.
