*Depending on the height of the battery used, it
may be required to place the supplied foam pad
between the battery and the ESC mount. This will
help secure the battery during vehicle operation.
Note to Stampede Owners:
This kit requires a Stampede equipped with the new hold-down
part #3627X. If your Stampede is equipped with the old hold-
down part #3627A or #3627, it will need to be replaced with part
#3627X to install this kit.
This kit will allow Traxxas Rustler VXL, Bandit VXL, and Stampede VXL to
accept batteries up to 5.4 x 1.8 x 1.67" (138 x 46 x 42.5 mm).
