- Seite 3 SET UP THE BASE The fi rst step of the assembly is setting up the base. There is a small screw present in the base which should not protrude the vertical rod. Turn the screw anticlockwise so that this cannot happen. Die Montage beginnt mit dem Aufstellen des Standfußes.
- Seite 4 TIGHTEN THE VERTICAL PART OF THE STAND The next step is to tighten the vertical part of the stand. Tighten the thread of the vertical rod into the base. Make sure you tighten the rod firmly to ensure a stable stand. As soon as the rod is firmly tightened, the screw mentioned above can be tightened again for fixation.

Seite 7: Mount The Microscope Head Holder In Place
MOUNT THE MICROSCOPE HEAD HOLDER IN PLACE The arrow in the image below indicates the place of the screw cap. It needs to be removed to mount the microscope head holder in place. Unscrew the screw cap anticlockwise and remove it. After that, slide the head over the rod and screw the cap back on. - Seite 8 ATTACH THE MICROSCOPE HEAD The microscope head can now be mounted in the holder. The thumbscrew, indicated by the arrow in the image, can be tightened in 3 places to fi xate the head. Use one of the three holes to tighten the head. - Seite 9 THE FINAL ASSEMBLY STEP Finally, the rubber eyepieces can be placed on the oculars. Small black screws are present in the oculars. These need to be loosened fi rst and then fixated again when the eyepieces are placed. The oculars can be focused individually so that the people with glasses can adjust each eye separately.
- Seite 10 HOW TO FOCUS Use the button marked “rotation” (at the head) to focus the lenses. For more freedom of movement, use the large screw on the back of the microscope head holder. Finally, the horizontal arm can be adjusted in height for substantial adjustments.

Please note that you can only use a camera in combination with a mount adapter, which is also sold separately.
