3.2. Description of the identification parameters

The identification parameters contain device data that the IO-Link master uses to identify the
connected device more precisely. This device data can be read out from the device or written to the
device via its index with subindex = 0x00. The objects with index 0x0040 are optional objects added
by the manufacturer.
