KIT SBLOCCO DA ESTERNO
PER SM/SML/EVO/ACE800
1) Aprire lo sportellino di sblocco del motore e svitare le due
viti che si trovano all'interno. Togliere lo sportellino e il perno
di sblocco dal motore SM/SML/EVO/ACE800.
2) Sostituire il perno con quello dato in dotazione.
3) Fissare il nuovo sportellino con leva tramite le 2 viti
M5x10 TCCE date in dotazione (fig.1/Abb.1).
4) Sul blocco motore praticare un foro diametro 2.5mm
nella posizione indicata in fig.2/Abb.2.
5) Far passare il cordino d'acciaio attraverso la leva di
sblocco ed il foro fig.3/Abb.3. La testa più grossa del
cordino d'acciaio deve rimanere all'interno del blocco
motore.
6) Tagliare su misura la guaina nera data in dotazione, far
scorrere il cordino d'acciaio all'interno della guaina facendo
attenzione ad addolcire il più possibile la curva che si viene a
formare in prossimità del corpo motore.
7) Seguendo la fig.4/Abb.4, fissare alla parete la cassetta (8)
con 4 tasselli, facendo attenzione che il foro di uscita della
guaina sia asse con il foro passante (7)
8) Svitare la vite (6) e togliere il supporto (1). Avvitare sul
supporto (1) il registro (5) con il controdado.
9) Infilare il cordino di acciaio nel registro e farlo passare
nella feritoia della maniglia (4). Infilare il cordino di acciaio
sul foro del morsetto (2).
10) Tendere il cavo con una pinza e bloccarlo per mezzo del
grano (3). Regolare la tensione del cavo agendo sul registro
(5).
11) Infine riposizionare il supporto (1) così assemblato
nella sua sede e fissarlo con la vite (6).
ATTENZIONE: il motore deve essere posizionato
sempre in posizione verticale.

EXTERNAL RELEASE KIT
1) Open the small release door of the motor and unscrew the
two screws inside. Remove the door and the release pin of
the SM/SML /EVO/ACE800 motor;
2) Replace the pin with the one supplied;
3) Fix the new door with lever using the two supplied M5x10
TCCE screws (fig.1/Abb.1);
4) Drill a 2.5 mm hole on the motor block in the position
indicated in fig.2/Abb.2;
5) Thread the steel cable through the release lever and the
hole fig.3/Abb.3. The larger end of the cord must stay inside
the motor block.
6) Cut the supplied black sheath to length, thread the steel
cable inside the sheath, making sure that the bends that
form near the motor are not to tight;
7) Secure the box (8) to the wall using 4 rawlplugs, and make
sure that the sheath exit hole is inline with the through hole
(7) as shown in fig.4/Abb.4;
8) Unscrew the screw (6) and remove the support (1). Screw
the adjuster (5) with locknut to the support (1);
9) Thread the steel cable through the adjuster and through
the slit of the handle (4). Thread the cable through the hole of
the clamp (2);
10) Hold the cable with a pair of pincers and secure it with the
dowel (3). Adjust the tension of the cable by means of the
adjuster (5);
11) Finally, place the assembled support (1) in its location
and secure it with the screw (6).
WARNING: the motor must be placed always in vertical
position.

Kit DÉBRAYAGE DE L'EXTÉRIEUR
POUR SM/SML
1) Ouvrir le volet de débrayage du moteur et dévisser les
deux vis qui se trouvent à l'intérieur. Enlever le volet et le
pivot de débrayage du moteur SM/SL
2) Remplacer le pivot avec celui fourni.
3) Fixer le nouveau volet à levier à l'aide des 2 vis M5x10
TCCE fournies (fig.1/Abb.1).
4) Sur le bloc moteur faire un trou de 2.5mm dans la position
indiquée sur la fig 2.
5) Faire passer la corde d'acier à travers le levier de
débrayage et le trou fig.3. L'extrémité plus grosse de la
corde d'acier doit rester à l'intérieur du bloc moteur.
6) Couper sur mesure la gaine noire fournie, faire coulisser
la corde d'acier à l'intérieur de la gaine en faisant attention à
adoucir le plus possible la courbe qui se forme près du corps
moteur.
7) En suivant la fig.4, fixer le boîtier (8) au mur avec 4
chevilles, en faisant attention à ce que le trou de sortie de la
gaine se trouve dans l'axe du trou passant (7)
8) Dévisser la vis (6) et ôter le support (1). Visser sur le
support (1) le registre (5) avec le contre-écrou.
9) Enfiler la corde d'acier dans le registre et la faire passer
dans l'ouverture de la poignée 4. Enfiler la corde d'acier
dans le trou de la borne (2)
10) Tendre le câble avec une pince et le bloquer à l'aide du
goujon (3). Régler la tension du câble à l'aide du registre (5).
11) Enfin placer le support (1) ainsi assemblé dans son
logement et le fixer avec la vis (6)
ATTENTION: le moteur doit être positionné toujours en
position verticale.
