Cooper-Atkins Corporation warrants to the original purchaser, the electronic
instrument to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from
the date of purchase. If, within 1 year from the date of purchase, the product proves to
be defective, return it for repair or replacement at no charge to:
For your protection when mailing packages, please use insured Parcel Post or United
Parcel Service. *To assure prompt service, please include proof of purchase and a brief
note indicating the specific cause for returning the unit.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
This limited warranty excludes all incidental and consequential damages. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
This limited warranty shall be invalid if the product is subject to misuse or abuse, or
if any repairs are attempted by anyone other than Cooper -Atkins Corporation. No other
warranties are either expressed or implied.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitations may not apply to you.
Except for the limited warranty set forth above, Cooper -Atkins Corporation makes
no express or implied warranties of any kind. Any warranties of merchantability and
of fitness for a particular purpose are also hereby excluded and disclaimed. Except for
the limited warranty set forth above, Cooper -Atkins Corporation, by this disclaimer gives
notice that any statements or representations made by it will not create a warranty that
t h i s p r o d u c t i s f i t f o r a n y p a r t i c u l a r p u r p o s e . Su c h s t a t e m e n t s ,
representations, or descriptions are informational only and not made or
given as a warranty of this product in any way.
In addition, Cooper -Atkins Corporation does not warrant expressly or by implication
that the electronic instrument will meet or comply with the requirements of any safety
code or regulation of any country or any country, municipality, state, Federal, or other
jurisdiction.
Further, Cooper -Atkins Corporation shall not be responsible for any loss or
damage to customer whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in contract or tort.
It is recommended that this instrument be tested weekly by the customer d u r i n g
l o n g p e r i o d s o f o p e r a t i o n a n d r e c a l i b r a t e d a n n u a l l y b y the manufacturer,
Cooper -Atkins Corporation, for a nominal charge.
