Für den Einbau von Profilzylindern ist zunächst die Schliessnase (Nocken) mit dem Schlüssel auf
0-Stellung (6.00 Uhr) zu bringen. Ausfräsung des Türblattes, Einsteckschlosses und Schilder bzw.
Rosetten müssen so ausgerichtet sein, dass der Zylinder ohne Werkzeug spannungsfrei eingebaut
und mit der Stulpschraube befestigt werden kann.
Pour l'installation de cylindres profilés, il faut d'abord positionner avec la clé le panneton en
position 0 (6 heures). L'entaille dans le vantail de la porte, la serrure, les garnitures de sécurité ou
les rosaces doivent être montés sans contrainte de manière à ce que le cylindre puisse être
installé sans outillage et être fixé avec la vis fournie.
When installing profile cylinders, firstly use the key to set the locking cam to the 0 position
(6 o'clock). The lock cutout in the door panel and the installation of the mortise lock and plate or
bezel must allow the cylinder to be freely installed without the need for tools and fastened with
the face plate screw.
Prima di installare i cilindri, occorre portare la camma di bloccaggio in posizione 0 (a ore 6) per
mezzo della chiave. L'incasso nel pannello porta e l'installazione della serratura da incasso e
della placca o rosetta devono essere tali da consentire al cilindro di essere installato senza tensioni
meccaniche e senza utilizzo di attrezzi e di essere fissato mediante apposita vite di fissaggio.
Die Zylinderlänge ist so zu bemessen, dass der Zylinder (bei Aussentüren) aussen bündig mit
dem Beschlag oder der Rosette abschliesst, bzw. maximal 3mm vorsteht. Bei Aussentüren
werden zum Schutz des Zylinders dringend Sicherheitsbeschläge empfohlen.
La longueur du cylindre est à mesurer de manière à ce que la partie extérieure du cylindre de
sécurité (pour les portes extérieures) soit alignée avec la garniture ou la rosace ou saillante
jusqu'à 3 mm maximum. Pour améliorer la protection du cylindre sur des portes extérieures,
il est vivement conseillé d'utiliser des garnitures de sécurité.
The length of the cylinder shall be measured such that the exterior of the cylinder (on outside
doors) is flush with the fitting or bezel or protrudes by a maximum of 3mm. To protect the
cylinder on outside doors, the use of security fittings is strongly recommended.
La lunghezza del cilindro deve essere misurata in modo tale che la parte esterna della serratura
a cilindro (nelle porte esterne) risulti a filo con la placca o la rosetta, ovvero sporga di max 3 mm.
Per la protezione del cilindro nelle porte esterne, si raccomanda vivamente di utilizzare placche
una bocchetta di protezione anti strappo di sicurezza.
Zylinder mit Prioritätenfunktion sind auf der entsprechenden Zylinderseite mit der Bezeich-
nung «PRIO» versehen. Diese so bezeichnete Zylinderseite ist zur Türaussenseite zu montieren.
Bei innen steckendem Schlüssel kann der Zylinder von aussen mit dem Normalschlüssel ge-
schlossen resp. geöffnet werden. Ein aussen steckender Schlüssel lässt keine Schliessfunktion
von innen zu.
Les cylindres avec fonction prioritaire sont gravés «PRIO» sur le côté concerné du cylindre. Ce
côté du cylindre doit être monté à l'extérieur de la porte. La porte peut être ouverte ou fermée
depuis l'extérieur alors qu'une clé reste introduite du côté intérieur. Toutefois, elle ne peut pas
être fermée de l'intérieur si une clé reste introduite du côté extérieur de la porte.
Cylinders with priority functions are identified (by the marking «PRIO») on the corresponding
side of the cylinder. This side of the cylinder must be mounted on the outside of the door. The
door can be locked or unlocked from the outside with a key in the lock on the inside. However,
it cannot be locked from the inside if a key has been left in the lock on the outside of the door.
I cilindri con funzioni prioritarie sono contrassegnati dall'indicazione «PRIO» sul corrispondente
lato del cilindro. Questo lato del cilindro deve essere montato all'esterno della porta. La porta
può essere chiusa o aperta a chiave dall'esterno, anche a chiave inserita nella serratura del
lato interno della porta. Tuttavia la porta non può essere chiusa a chiave dall'interno se nella
serratura sul lato esterno della porta è inserita una chiave.
Zylinder mit Aufbohrschutz der D-Serie (z.B. 81.D14, 81.D15, 81.D19) erkennen Sie auf der Auf-
bohrschutzseite durch die leichte Ansenkung zwischen dem Gehäuse und Rotor auf 3 Uhr und
9 Uhr. Diese so bezeichnete Zylinderseite ist zur Türaussenseite (Angriffseite) hin zu montieren.
Les cylindres avec protection anti-perçage de la série D (par ex. 81.D14, 81.D15, 81.D19) sont
reconnaissables au léger chambrage à 3 heures et 6 heures entre le stator et le rotor sur le côté
de la protection anti-perçage. Ce côté gravé est donc celui à monter du côté extérieur de la
porte (côté manipulation).
Cylinders with drill open protection from the D series (e.g. 81.D14, 81.D15, 81.D19) are recogni-
sable by the slight recess between the housing and rotor at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock on the drill
open protection side. This cylinder side must be mounted towards the outer side of the door
(tampering side).
La versione della serie di cilindri D (ad es. 81.D14, 81.D15, 81.D19) si riconosce per l'incavo poco
profondo tra l'alloggiamento e il rotore (posizioni ore 3 e ore 9). Questo lato del cilindro deve
essere montato all'esterno della porta (lato soggetto a tentativi di manomissione).
Zylinder mit Ziehschutz der E-Serie (z.B. 81.E14, 81.E15, 81.E19) erkennen Sie nebst der oben
erwähnten Ansenkung am Rotor-Kopf zusätzlich stirnseitig durch vier Hartmetall-Stifte und
der CrNi-Stahl Stegverbindung. Diese so bezeichnete Zylinderseite ist zur Türaussenseite
(Angriffseite) hin zu montieren.
En plus du léger chambrage à 3h et 6h entre le stator et le rotor décrit ci-dessus, les cylindres
de la série E avec protection contre l'arrachage (par ex. 81.E14, 81.E15, 81.E19) ont un rotor
spécial avec quatre tiges en métal dur et une fixation de tige en acier inox. Le côté ayant cette
inscription doit être monté du côté extérieur de la porte (côté manipulation).
Cylinders with pulling protection from the E-series (e.g. 81.E14, 81.E15, 81.E19) are recognisable
by the aforementioned recess on the rotor head and the four carbide pins and CrNi-steel
web connection on the front. This cylinder side must be mounted towards the outer side of the
door (tampering side).
I cilindri con protezione antiestrazione della serie E (ad es. 81.E14, 81.E15, 81.E19) si riconoscono
per l'incavo sulla testa del rotore, per i 4 perni temprati e la barra in acciaio CrNi. Questo lato del
cilindro deve essere montato all'esterno della porta (lato soggetto a tentativi di manomissione).
