In order to operate with this appliance in a safe and correct way, please carefully read and follow the instructions

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
Before doing any maintenance or repair, always remove the plug from the socket.
If the performance of the model are inferior to the normal, this might depend on the following :
The turbine turns in the contrary sense (check through the appropriate window) : modify the polarity of

the plug in order to obtain the correct rotation.
Clogged Filter : empty the tank and clean the filter, if the filter is damaged, substitute it.

Turbine air filter clogged : clean the filter

Recovery tank is not correctly fixed : eliminate the air leaks.

MAINTENANCE

These models have been constructed in such way that they should work perfectly without any ordinary
maintenance. It is necessary though to make the necessary controls as described above (filter cleaning and
different types of tightness).
Connect the machine to a three phase socket, with the correct tension as mentioned on
the technical data label. This model has to be connected to an efficient and adequate
earthing. The socket has to support an amperometric load of 4000 W (T54) – 5500W
(T55-K855)
Connect the plug and control, checking through the appropriate window, on the lower
part of the model, whether the rotation sense of the motor corresponds to the one
indicated by the arrow : this is essential to obtain the best possible performances and to
avoid damages to the turbine.
The rotation can be inverted by changing the position of 2 of the 3 wires on the grid.
This control has to be repeated every time the connection is changed.
Before starting to vacuum liquids, it is absolutely necessary to empty and clean
carefully the tank and to take out the felt filter. The floating system prevents that the
water level becomes to high which would lead to the water entering the turbine. The
variation in the noise level indicates that the floating system is working and that it is
necessary to empty the tank.
The correct functioning of the model depends on the regular cleaning of the filter. To
obtain a clean filter it is recommended to remove the cover and clean it periodically with
pressured air, blowing from the outside on the filter, without taking it out of its place, so
as to clean the pores.
Depending on the job you can choose within a wide range of (optional) accessories.
They are very easy to fit and to use.
It is essential that no particles, dust included enter the aspiration turbine as that might
compromise the correct functioning, blocking and disturbing the balance of the turbine.
Therefore it is absolutely necessary to use always filters and to check that the filters are
in perfect order.
