SANDING ON THE SANDING BELT
1. Hold the workpiece firmly, keeping fingers away from the sanding
belt.
2. Keep the end firmly pressed against the work support by moving
the material evenly across the sanding belt.
SANDING OF INTERIOR CURVES
Always sand the internal curves on the tensioning roller of the sanding belt.
1. Hold the workpiece firmly, keeping fingers away from the sanding
belt.
2. Keep the curve firmly pressed against the tensioning roller, moving
the workpiece back and forth evenly across the sanding belt.
SANDING OF EXTERNAL CURVES
Always sand the outer curves with the sanding disc.
1. Hold the workpiece firmly, keeping fingers away from the sanding disc.
2. Keep the curve firmly pressed against the sanding disc by moving the workpiece back and forth between
the center and left side of the disc.
