ASSEMBLY

Follow the following assembly instructions:
1. Insert the wheel axles (A) into the tubes (B) at the bottom rear of the machine frame. Push in the spring-
cage terminal block (C) to insert the shaft and make sure that it "jumps" through the hole in the tube (D).
2. Place one wheel (E) on each axle, with the long hub (F) facing the frame. Tighten each wheel with an M12
washer (G) and a nut (H) and tighten them (turn clockwise) with the appropriate wrench.

3. Insert the handle (I), with the nozzles facing the front of the machine, into the frame tubes (J). Insert an
extension nut (K) through the holes in the frame tubes and secure it from the outside and tighten it on the
inside with an M6 screw (not shown). Tighten (turn clockwise) the screws with the two Allen wrenches.
4. Attach the lance holder (L) to the right side of the handle with 2 M5 screws (M), washers and nuts (not
shown). Tighten (turn clockwise) the screws with a spanner and Allen wrench.

5. Connect the hose holder (N) to the left side of the handle with 2 M5 screws (M), washers and nuts (not
shown). Tighten (turn clockwise) the screws with a spanner and Allen wrench.
PUMPS
The machine comes supplied with pump and components necessary for normal use. Some machines may include
extra or optional lance attachments, nozzles, extension hoses etc. The basic methods for connecting hoses and using
various fittings remains the same. Some information below may or may not apply explicitly to your machine.
