ETRIEBSANLEITUNG
für manuell einstellbare Druckbegrenzungs-Ventile
(nur gültig in Verbindung mit unserer
Betriebsanleitung)
Um ein einwandfreies Funktionieren unserer wartungsfreien
Druckregelventile zu gewährleisten, sind folgende Punkte zu
beachten:
1. RÜCKSTÄNDE
Vor dem Einbau des Ventils muss darauf geachtet werden,
dass keine Rückstände aus der Leitungsmontage in das Ventil
gespült werden.
2.VERROHRUNG
Die Installation in turbulente Rohrleitungszonen
z.B. direkt an T-Stücke oder Winkel ist unzulässig. Als
Beruhigungsstrecke vor dem Ventil (P-Seite) empfehlen
wir eine gerade Rohrleitung mit mindestens dem 5-fachen
Leitungsdurchmesser. Die Rohrleitung im Rücklauf (T-Seite)
ist so auszuführen, daß stets ein freier Auslauf des Mediums
gewährleistet ist! Diese Verrohrung ist möglichst kurz und
mit einem ausreichend großen Querschnitt auszuführen. Die
Installation von Steigleitungen, Düsen oder Winkel ist wegen
der entstehenden Strömungswiderstände und Staudrücke
unzulässig. Generell gilt: Staudrücke im Rücklauf (T-Seite)
führen zur Geräuschbildung und zu Fehlfunktionen am Ventil!
3. STEUERDRUCK
Der Steuerdruck-Anschluss ist mit 1 gekennzeichnet (G1/8).
Hierzu empfehlen wir eine vorgeschaltete Wartungseinheit.
Der anzuschließende Steuerdruck muss innerhalb des
schraffierten Bereichs des entsprechenden Diagramms liegen
(siehe rechts).

Klasse 5: - maximale Teilchengröße: 40µm,
- maximale Teilchenmenge: 10mg/m³
Klasse 4: - maximaler Drucktaupunkt: 3°C
Klasse 3: - maximaler Ölgehalt: 1 mg / m³
4. MANUELLE DRUCKEINSTELLUNG
(nur 3-HPB)
Zunächst das Pilotventil aktivieren.
Mediumsdruck kann durch die Einstellung des Steuerdrucks
X am Manometer grob voreingestellt werden. Zur Einstellung
des Druckreglers Sicherungshülse abschrauben und den
Druckeinstellknopf herausziehen. Rechtsdrehung bewirkt
eine Druckerhöhung, Linksdrehung eine Druckminderung.
Nach dem Einstellen des Drucks den Einstellknopf wieder
eindrücken und die Sicherungshülse aufschrauben.
5. DRUCKMINIMIERTE UMLAUFSCHALTUNG
(nur 3-HPB)
Wird Versorgungsspannung unterbrochen, so wird der
Mediumsdruck minimiert.

PERATING INSTRUCTIONS
for adjustable pressure control valves
(only valid in combination with our general application
instructions)
To ensure efficient operation of our maintenance-free pressure
regulation valves the following points must be noted:
1. CONTAMINATION
Before fitting the valve into the line, check that the internals of
the pipework are clean. This is to avoid contamination entering
the valve.
2. PIPING
Installation in turbulent conduit zones such as directly on T
joints or brackets is not allowed. We recommend a straight
conduit at least five times the internal diameter. The piping for
the return flow (T side) must be arranged in such a manner
that a free discharge of the medium is ensured at all times!
This piping must be as short as possible and have a sufficiently
large transverse section. The installation of uptakes, nozzles or
brackets is not allowed due to the flow resistance and dynamic
pressure such fixtures would create. In general: Dynamic
pressure in the return flow (T side) creates noise and leads to
malfunctions in the valves!
3. ACTUATION PRESSURE
The pilot port (Port 1 G 1/8) is best connected with a lubricating
unit. The required pilot pressure is shown on the pressure
diagram.

4. MANUAL PRESSURE REGULATION
(only 3-HPB)
The solenoid operated pilot valve needs to be activated
first. The integral pilot pressure (X) regulator (with gauge)
adjusts the media pressure. To adjust the pressure unscrew
the security cap and pull back the handwheel. Turning right
will increase the pressure whilst turning left will reduce the
pressure. After the adjustment push the handwheel back into
place and fasten the security cap.
5. PRESSURE LESS CIRCULATION MODE
(only 3-HPB)
If the power supply to the pilot valve fails or is disconnected,
the media pressure will be minimised.
