    LIMITED WARRANTY Warranty Period GOLFBUDDY products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal consumer use for a period of one (2) years (“Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty begins to run from the date of original retail purchase. GOLFBUDDY, at its sole and absolute discretion, shall either (i) replace or repair the defective part(s) or the unit with a new or reconditioned part(s), or (ii) issue a credit for the parts or products that are covered under the Limited Warranty. Eligibility This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original authorized purchasers who purchase the products for resale and/ or end users of the products. All authorized distributors shall provide its customers a copy of this Limited Warranty and communicate any and all waivers and limitations contained in this Limited Warranty.     GARANTIE LIMITÉE Garantie Les produits de GOLFBUDDY sont garantis contre les défauts de matériaux et de fabrication pour une période de deux (2) ans à compter de la date d'achat. GOLFBUDDY remplacera ou réparera, à sa seule discrétion, les pièces ou appareils défectueux avec des pièces neuves ou réparées pendant la période de garantie et fournira des crédits pour les pièces ou produits.     GARANTÍA LIMITADA Período de garantía Los productos Golf Buddy vienen con una garantía limitada contra defectos en materiales y mano de obra cuando se usan bajo uso normal del consumidor por un período de 2 años ("Garantía limitada"). La Garantía Limitada se activa desde la Fecha de compra original. GolfBuddy, a su entera y absoluta discreción, deberá (i) reemplazar o reparar la(s) parte (s) defectuosa (s) o la unidad con parte (s) nueva (s) o reacondicionada (s), o (ii) emite un crédito por las partes o productos que están cubiertos por la garantía limitada.
