3.When you finish charging, unplug
the lightning cable from your power
bank. If you leave the cable
connected to your power bank and
try to recharge the iPhone or iPad
again, your power bank won't
charge the device. Instead, unplug
the cable from your power bank,
then plug it back into your power
bank. Plug lightning cable into your
iPhone or iPad.
