- General warnings -

Read the warnings in these instructions thoroughly, as they contain important
indications with regards to safety of installation, operation and maintenance.
Store this booklet carefully for future reference.
• After removing the packaging and before operation, check that the device
and all its accessories are mechanically sound. If in doubt, do not use the
device and contact professionally qualified personnel.
• The items of the packaging (plastic bags, polystyrene, nails, etc.) must not
be left within the reach of children, as they are potentially dangerous.
• Before connecting the device, ensure that the data plate matches the data of
the power grid.
• If the socket and the device plug are incompatible, ask professionally qualified
personnel to replace the plug with a suitable plug. The personnel must also
ensure that the cross-section of cables of the plug is suitable for the power
absorbed by the device. We do not recommend using adaptors, multiple plugs
and/or extensions.
• Operation of any electrical device requires following some fundamental rules.
Namely:
• do not touch the device with wet or moist hands;
• do not operate the device with bare feet;
• do not pull the power lead or the device to disconnect the plug from the
power socket;
• do not leave the device exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.);
• do not allow children or other impaired persons to use the device without
supervision.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operation, disconnect the
device from the mains power supply by removing the plug or turning off the
main switch.
• In the event of failure and/or malfunction of the device, turn it off and do not
tamper with it.
