1. Apply toothpaste to the brush filaments.
2. Insert the toothbrush in your mouth placing the filaments along the teeth
at a 45-degree angle to the gumline.
3. Press the on/off button.
4. When the VITIS sonic brush vibrates gently against the gumline, sweep the filaments
away from the gums.
Brush the outer and inner surfaces of all teeth in this manner.

Clean chewing, or occlusal, surfaces using horizontal movements.
•
Brushing should last at least 2 minutes: 30 seconds per quadrant.
•
A brief pause in the brush movement will indicate when to move
on to the next quadrant. Once brushing has continued for 2 minutes,
the brush will completely stop.
- If you wish to change the brushing mode (only possible for the VITIS Sonic S20), press
the 'change mode' button. The brush handle displays which brushing mode you are using.
5. When the VITIS Sonic brush stops vibrating, the recommended brushing time has finished. If
you wish to continue using the brush, press the on/off button again.
5. AVAILABLE MODES (ONLY VITIS SONIC S20 MODEL)
The VITIS sonic S20 brush offers 3 brushing modes to choose from, depending on the user's
preferences or needs:
Normal: 31.000 strokes per minute, allowing for maximum efficacy in the removal of oral

biofilm for proper daily oral hygiene and care of teeth and gums.
Precision: 40.000 strokes per minute. More strokes per minute make it so that the
•
filaments have less of a stretch, resulting in greater precision and maximum efficacy in
the removal of oral biofilm, achieving deep cleaning in a more localised area.
Massage: Combined speeds (31,000 and 40,000 strokes/min) to clean and massage
•
the line that separates gums and teeth and to gently remove plaque from all oral tissues.
6. TIMER
Both VITIS Sonic brush models have a timer that pauses brushing briefly every 30 seconds to
indicate when to move on to the next quadrant.
After operating for the recommended brushing time period of two minutes, the
brush stops permanently, indicating brushing completion. This way you can be
sure you have fulfilled the recommended brushing time for optimum oral cleaning
of all sides of all teeth.
