1. SCHEDULE
Here you can find your schedule with the session you
did or you will have to do.
• A green rectangle below the day means that
you have done what was planned
• An orange rectangle below the day means
you have not done what was planned in the past
• A grey rectangle below the day means that
you have planned an activity in the future
