TANK CONNECTION
Connect the air entry tap to the compressed air line by a pipe (not included).

NOZZLE CONNECTION
4.1
Connect the air outlet tap (2.5) to the spray nozzle by a pipe (not included).
4.2
Connect the air outlet of the electrovalve (2.7) to the spray nozzle by a pipe (not included).

PRODUCT FILLING UP
Fill the tank with the product througt the loading cap (2.1). Before opening the cap you need to:
5.1
Open the air outlet tap (2.6) and let the air inside be completely discharged. Remember to close it before
Tank pressurization (see point 6).
5.2
Unscrew the loading cap (2.1) and introduce the product by the fennel (2.8).
WARNING: DO NOT INTRODUCE INFLAMMABLE OR CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES INTO THE TANK (eg.:
SOLVENTS, ACIDS etc.) THEY CAN CORRODE THE TANK WALLS, SO COMPROMISING ITS SAFETY.
5.3
Screw the loading cap (2.1) tightly. The tank is now ready to be pressurized.

TANK PRESSURIZATION
6.1
The air outlet tap (2.6) must be close. Check it .
6.2
Open the air entry tap (2.4) and pressurize the tank to the desired pressure by the pressure regulator (2.10).
WARNING: MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE IS 8 bar (beyond which the safety valve goes off).

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION
Once the tank is under pressure you need to:
7.1
Open the outlet liquid tap (2.5) previously connected to the spray nozzle.
7.2
Open the air transit (electrivalve 2.7) previously connected to the spray nozzle.
7.3
Once the tank is empty, repeat the operations from point 5.

BEFORE OPENING YHE LOADING CAP (2.1) ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS NO PRESSURE INSIDE THE
TANK. IF THERE IS ACT ACCORDINGLY TO POINT 5.1.
B-
THE LOADING CAP HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY A SAFETY HOLE SO THAT IN CASE YOU
ACCITENTALLY FORCE THE CAP WHILE UNSCREWING IT THE SAFETY HOLE LET THE AIR GO OFF BEFORE
THE CAP WILL BE COMPLETELY UNSCREW.
C-
PERIODICALLY CHECK THE WORKING EFFICENCY OF THE SAFETY INSTRUMENTS (VALVE 2.2 PRESSURE
AND PRESSURE GAUGE 2.3) REPLACING THEM WHENEVER NECESSARY WITH OTHERS HAVING THE SAME
CHARACTERISTICS.
D-
IMPROPER USE OF THE EQUIPMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.
E-
USE THE TANK ONLY WITHIN THE PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE LIMITS INDICATED ON THE
MANUFACTURER' S PLATE AND IN THE CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE.
