Einhandmontage:
Antennne einstecken – hält von selbst, Schraube festdrehen – kein Gegenhalten.
Montageort: Etwa Dachmitte. Abstand Bohrung – hinterer Dachrand: 30 – 50 cm.
One-handed installation:
Insert antenna – it holds by itself, tighten screws – no need to hold the antenna.
Mounting-location: Approx. middle of the roof. Distance hole – rear roof-edge: 30 – 50 cm.
Abgleichanweisung:
Erforderliches Messgerät: VHF Wattmesser und Anpassungsanzeiger, z. B. NAK der Firma Rohde & Schwarz.
2-m-Band:
Durch Verdrehen des Trimmers C
4-m-Band:
1. Antenne auf Bandmitte im Unterband abstimmen: Zuerst mit Trimmer C
2. Anpassung im zugehörigen Oberband-Kanal kontrollieren. Das Vor-/ Rücklaufverhältnis wird kleiner als im Unterband sein.
3. Anpassung im Oberband mit Trimmer C
hältnis erreicht wird, das in der Mitte zwischen den vorher erzielten Anpassungswerten liegt.
4. Anpassung im Unterband nochmals kontrollieren und mit dem Oberband vergleichen. Falls erforderlich, Abgleichvorgänge 2 bis 4 wieder-
holen, bis beide Vor-/ Rücklaufverhältnisse gleich sind.
Tuning Instructions:
Required test equipment: VHF power meter and impedance-match indicator.
2 m band:
Turn trimmer capacitor C
to tune the antenna for optimum VSWR.

4 m band:
1. Tune antenna to center frequency of low-band using trimmer capacitors C
2. Check for impedance match within the corresponding high-band channel. The forward-to-reverse power ratio measured in the high-band will
be lower than within the low-band.
3. Improve the impedance match within the high-band using trimmer capacitor C
The forward-to-reverse power ratio should exactly fall between the impedance-match values obtained with previous adjustments.
4. Again check for impedance match within the low-band and compare the result with the impedance match achieved in the high-band.
If required, repeat steps 2 to 4 until both forward-to-reverse power ratios are identical.
