SETTING DIVISION
Immediately after having switched on the indicator, keep TOTAL/NET and HOLD
pressed at the same time. The current division will be displayed; you can change
it with HOLD. Confirm with ENTER.
SETTING PARAMETERS
When the device is on, press for three seconds the keys TOTAL/NET and HOLD
at the same time, "cod" will be displayed and it will be possible to enter some
codes to modify some parameters. Remember to press ENTER to confirm your
choices. Entering the following codes, you will get the indicated functions:
123 = it allows to set the calibration
508 = it passes from a visualization in kilos (direct) to a visualization in pounds
(the value is multiplied by the coefficient of conversion) and viceversa
575 = it reverses the sign of the converter (in case the load cells are installed
upside down).
CALIBRATION
The indicator is usually supplied with the calibration value suitable for the used
system. If you need to change the calibration value and if you know the number/type
of used load cells - being sure that it is a model produced by Perin Srl - follow the
guided procedure. Instead, if you have to change the calibration of the device but
you do not know the model of load cells, follow the procedure with sample weight.
GUIDED PROCEDURE
To set the calibration you only need to keep TOTAL/NET and HOLD pressed at
the same time and enter the code 123 (using HOLD to increase the value of the
digit and SELECT to store the digit and visualize the following one, ENTER to
confirm). The display will show segments and dots. Press the HOLD key until you
find the pattern of your system: the left digit indicates the number of load cells;
the other digits indicate the diameter (see the following table). Choose the pattern
of your system and store with ENTER.
