Hands-free operation:
You telephone without putting the handset to your ear.
Warning! Do not put the handset to your ear because the volume greatly
increases!
1. Press the Loudspeaker key.
2. End handsfree operation: Press the Loudspeaker key again.
Conference call:
You can connect several callers for a conference call.
During a call:
1. Press the Foxkey under "Enquiry call".
2. Enter the number and wait until the call is answered.
3. Press the Menu key repeatedly until "Conference" appears in the display.
4. Press the Foxkey under "Conference".
5. Add participants via inquiry.
6. Leaving a conference call: Press the Call key .
Callback:
Request callback: The person is busy or does not answer.
1. Press the Foxkey under "Callback".
2. Press the call key, the display shows "Call expected...".
3. Delete callback, press the Foxkey under "Reset".
Dialling by name -
Select from all of the names stored in the telephone system:
Quickdial:
With Quickdial you only need to press the digit keys once for each letter,
even though each key is assigned three letters (the system administrator can tell you
whether surname or first name has been entered first):
1. To select a person to call, press the first couple of letter keys once (first name and
surname can be separated using the Hash key).
2. Press the Foxkey under "ABC".
3. Press the Foxkey under "v" as often as necessary to display the desired name.
4. Initiate call: Press the Call key .
Vibra-call menu: (only
Incoming calls can be signalled by vibration.

Press and hold the Loudspeaker key a moment: The Vibra-call menu opens.

En numérotation rapide, les touches de chiffre ne doivent être actionnées qu'une
rapide:
seule fois par lettre, bien que trois lettres soient associées à une touche. (Demander
au responsable de votre système s'il faut introduire le nom ou le prénom en
premier):
1. Appuyer une fois chaque touche correspondant aux deux ou trois premières
lettres de l'interlocuteur voulu. (Le prénom et le nom peuvent être séparés avec
la touche Dièse).
2. Appuyer sur la touche Fox sous "ABC".
3. Appuyer sur la touche Fox sous "v" jusqu'à ce que le nom désiré apparaisse.
4. Etablir la communication: Actionner la touche de prise de ligne.
Menu Vibreur:
Les appels entrants peuvent être signalés par vibrations.

5. Incluir a los participantes a través de Consultas.
6. Para abandonar una conferencia: Pulsar la tecla de Llamada.
Retrollamada:
Petición de retrollamada: El usuario está ocupado o no responde.
1. Pulsar la tecla Fox bajo "Retrollamada".

3. Para desactivar la retrollamada, pulsar la tecla Fox bajo "Desactivar".
Llamada por nombre -
Seleccionar un nombre de los memorizados en el sistema de telefonía:

Con marcación rápida sólo se necesita pulsar las teclas de dígitos una vez por cada
letra, dado que cada tecla tiene tres letras (el administrador del sistema le dirá si se
han introducido antes los nombres o los apellidos):
1. Para seleccionar una persona, pulsar las 2 primeras teclas alfanuméricas
(el nombre y el apellido pueden separarse usando la tecla almohadilla).
2. Pulsar la tecla Fox bajo "ABC".
3. Pulsar la tecla Fox bajo "v" tantas veces como sea necesario para mostrar el
nombre deseado.
4. Llamar: Pulsar la tecla de Llamada.
Menú del vibráfono:
Las llamadas entrantes pueden señalizarse por medio del vibráfono.

Achtung! Gerät nicht ans Ohr halten, da die Lautstärke stark ansteigt!
1. Lautsprecher-Taste drücken.
2. Freisprechen beenden: Lautsprecher-Taste erneut drücken.
Konferenzgespräch:
Sie können mehrere Gesprächspartner zu einem Konferenzgespräch
zusammenschalten.
Während eines Gesprächs:
1. Foxtaste unter "Rückfrage" drücken.
2. Nummer eingeben und warten bis der Gesprächspartner antwortet.
3. Menütaste so oft drücken, bis "Konferenz" auf dem Display erscheint.
4. Foxtaste unter "Konferenz" drücken.
5. Weitere Gesprächspartner durch erneute Rückfrage dazuschalten.
6. Konferenz verlassen: Gesprächstaste drücken.
Rückruf:
Rückruf anfordern: Der gewünschte Gesprächspartner ist besetzt oder antwortet
nicht.
1. Foxtaste unter "Rückruf" drücken.
2. Gesprächtaste drücken, Display zeigt "Anruf erwartet...".
3. Rückruf löschen, Foxtaste unter "Zurückstellen" drücken.
Wählen mit Namen
Wahl von allen in der Telefonanlage gespeicherten Namen:
(Quickdial):
Bei Quickdial müssen Sie die Zifferntaste pro Buchstabe nur einmal drücken, obwohl
die Tasten mit drei Buchstaben belegt sind (ob Vorname oder Nachname zuerst
eingegeben wird, sagt Ihnen der Systembetreuer):
1. Für die ersten paar Buchstaben des gewünschten Gesprächpartners die
entsprechenden Tasten je einmal drücken (Vor- und Nachname können durch die
Rautetaste getrennt werden).
2. Foxtaste unter "ABC" drücken.
3. Foxtaste unter "v" so oft drücken bis der gewünschte Name erscheint.
4. Verbindung herstellen: Gesprächstaste drücken.
Vibra call Menü: (nur bei
Eingehende Anrufe können durch Vibration signalisiert werden.

Lautsprecher-Taste lang drücken: Vibra call Menü wird geöffnet.
