When the LED ashes RED 3 times per 10 seconds or you hear the voice prompts "Low battery please turn o and
charge", you should fully recharge the device for about 1 hour. The headset can be charged with the desktop
charging stand (DC5V/0.5-1A) or with the micro USB cable (DC5V/0.5-1A).
•
Charged with the desktop charging stand – The LED indicator on the charging stand will remain WHITE while
charging and turn to GREEN
•
Charged with the micro USB cable - The LED indicator on the headphones will remain
turn o when charging is complete.
Clear pairing history
If you have issues with the audio stream skipping or cutting out when using Avantree AH6, please try to clear pairing
history as following:
Firstly, turn on the headset (Non-calling Status), then Tap and Hold BOTH
for 2 seconds, then the headphones enter into PAIRING MODE automatically.

1. No Sounds
There are FOUR possibilities if the headset seems no sounds
•
Headphones and your Bluetooth audio device are not properly paired / connected
•
PC/Laptop's current default output is not set as this headset.
•
The headphones volume is too low to be heard.
•
Headset is a defective unit.

2. Can this headset be used with TV/ PC?

3. Audio delay
To take advantage of the better performance of aptX Low Latency codec please make sure your Bluetooth devices/
transmitters support the aptX Low Latency codec. If the Bluetooth devices/ transmitters only support the normal aptX
codec, SBC or aptx-HD, these codec will be used instead, that's why you still experience an audio delay/lip-sync delay.
4. Poor sound quality
To take advantage of the better sound quality of its aptx-HD codec please makes sure your Bluetooth devices/
transmitters support the aptX-HD codec.
