    The bain-marie must be secured. Place four M10 screws, with at least 15 mm of available coil, in the shape of a rectangle with 530 X 264mm to BMF 1/1G and BMF 1/1G SP and 805x264mm to BMF 6CG, in the location where the bain-marie in going to be installed. These screws will go on the Bain Marie’s feet.

    3. USE (USER) Make sure that the gas connection is correctly carried out and undamaged. Before turning the bain-marie on it is mandatory to fill the main tank with water. The ideal water level is indicated through a mark in the tank. Each time the bain-marie is used, the water level must be checked because the bain-marie should never work with low water levels in order to save energy (gas).
