DESCRIPTION
The HMN4098 Telephone Handset provides a convenient
means of communicating privately by providing a push-to-
talk (PTT) button, volume control and two programmable
side buttons for additional functionality. The handset
includes a hang-up cup and mounting hardware for use
with the mobile radio. Table 1 lists the items included in this
installation kit.

INSTALLATION

Carefully select the installation location for the handset.
Plan the installation so that the handset's location is within
convenient reach of the user, but will not interfere with the
vehicle's operation. Also, consider seating, leg space, and
the operation of other vehicle accessories. The location
chosen for a handset should be similar to the location
chosen for a standard mobile microphone and hang-up clip.
