Solution
Charge the product
for at least 30
minutes and retry.
Navigate to
Bluetooth settings
on your Bluetooth
audio source, tap
SPBB300BK and
select "Forget".
Restart both devices
and try again.
Connect the
product to the
audio source with
the included audio
cable or pair with
Bluetooth.
Audio files may be
corrupted. Insert
a USB or micro SD
flash drive that
contains audio files.
