G Operating instruction

1. Combine the „Quick release plate" with a Camera

• Attach (screw) the „Quick release plate" to the camera

2. Mount the camera to the monopod

• Slide the camera with the plate into the monopod head

• To release the plate, push the fastener

3. Releasing of the quick release plate of the camera

• Press the unlocking fastener and turn the camera for a half turn

anticlockwise; the release quick plate will be loosened

• Remove the camera with the release quick plate from the tripod

head and unscrew the release quick plate from the camera

4. Expand the monopod leg to the desired heigt

• Extend the monopod by pulling out the leg segments

• The segments are locked automatically

• Push both release buttons at the monopod head and fold the

monopod

5. Unfold the „feet" of the monopod

• Pull down the feet until they click in

• Hold the button to fold the feet back up

6. Pull up the release button for rotating the monopod
