The band is showing the incorrect time after being turned off and on

Ensure that you successfully performed the primary pairing of the band with your mobile phone. Have
the band and mobile phone close together while pairing. Do not forget to turn on the Bluetooth on
your mobile phone. After pairing, the Bluetooth technology range goes up to 10 meters between the
phone and the band, so keep the band within range of the phone.
The band is not showing notifications for incoming conversations, SMS, etc.
It is necessary to allow notifications within the Fitcloud Pro application. It is also necessary to allow the
Fitcloud Pro application to have access to the notifications in the settings of your mobile phone and
allow the application within the correct RAM memory of the phone.
Is the band watertight?
The Niceboy X-fit Active band has the IP67 certification, which corresponds to the level of protection
during regular activities. Do not use the band while underwater diving.
