You can adjust the volume by holding down the

Mode: Voice recording
Switch to the "Record" mode.
You can record your voice using the integrated microphone. Hold the
2 seconds to start recording. Stop recording by again pressing the

Note: All voice recordings are saved in the "VOICE" folder, and can only be displayed and played in "Record"
mode.
