Troubleshooting - lifeBeam Schnellstartanleitung

To check the LifeBEAM Brain battery level while LifeBEAM is on, quickly
press the power button. The amount of light displaying in the status light
from the left margin is the percentage of battery time remaining.
If there are beeps every 10 minutes, the battery needs charging.

Troubleshooting

Heart rate does not appear in app.
1. Verify LifeBEAM is paired to device.
2. Check that helmet is properly on head.
3. Make sure that sensor is touching your forehead.
4. If heart rate still does not appear in app, reset LifeBEAM by turning
off and then turning on again, reset app and wait for 15 sec for heart
rate to appear.
