1 SPECIFICHE TECNICHE 1.1 DESCRIZIONE DEL GELATO POPAPP Gelato PopApp è una postazione di lavoro compatta Fig.1 che può racchiudere in pochi metri quadri tutte le attrezzature necessarie per la produzione, conser- vazione e vendita di gelato artigianale. Gelato PopApp si apre e si chiude con un semplice movimento passando da un ingombro che va da 3,6 mq chiuso a 5,2 mq aperto. -

NOTA: Individuare il sacchetto degli accessori e riporlo in una posizione esterna al Gelato PopApp. Le chiavi ivi contenute sono indispensabili per aprire le serrature che possono chiudersi durante le prossime manovre. -

3 FUNZIONAMENTO 3.1 CONTROLLI E OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI ATTENZIONE! L'apertura/chiusura di Gelato PopApp, eseguita secondo le istruzioni qui elencate, non comporta rischi per l'operatore. Però le dimensioni ed il peso degli oggetti in movimento possono causare danni a persone o cose, se urtate accidentalmente. Si raccomanda pertanto di verificare che l'area di manovra sia libera da ostacoli e che non vi siano persone nelle vicinanze. -

3.3 SOLLEVAMENTO / ABBASSAMENTO RIPIANO ELEVATORE Il sollevatore è dotato di un proprio manuale, che suggeriamo di leggere per una informazione completa sull'uso e la manutenzione. Le operazioni principali sono: - per alzare il sollevatore occorre innanzitutto aprire lo sportello superiore per consentire l'uscita dell'apparecchiatura dal vano del Gelato PopApp. -

3.5 LAVELLO E RIFORNIMENTO DELL'ACQUA Il lavello è completamente autonomo dall'impianto idrico. Preleva l'acqua da una tanica per mezzo di una pompa e la scarica in una seconda tanica. Le taniche sono accessibili aprendo lo sportello di Fig.13 pos.A (Sportello Taniche). La pompa si avvia automaticamente all'apertura del rubinetto. -

2 INSTALLATION 2.1 INSTALLATION GELATO POPAPP WARNING! The operation requires the presence of at least 2 installation technicians Before positioning, make sure that: - The floor is level or has a maximum gradient of 0.5%. - Tiles are smooth and do not have reliefs or joints higher/deeper than 2 mm. - The floor (if the floor is supported by a slab) is able to support the weight of Gelato PopApp, the weight of the people that work around it and the required safety margin (apply local building codes). -

3 FUNZIONAMENTO 3.1 PRELIMINARY CONTROLS AND OPERATIONS WARNING! The opening/closing of Gelato PopApp, carried out according to the instructions outlined here, does not pose any risk to the operator. However, the size and weight of moving objects can cause injury to people or damage to things if bumped accidentally. It is therefore recommended to make sure that the manoeuvring space is free of obstacles and that there are no people nearby. -

1 TECHNISCHE SPEZIFIKATIONEN 1.1 BESCHREIBUNG DER POPAPP Gelato PopApp ist ein kompakter Arbeitsplatz, Abb.1 der auf wenigen Quadratmetern alle notwendigen Werkzeuge für die Herstellung, Aufbewahrung und den Verkauf von selbstgemachter Eiscreme in sich einschließt. 2 INSTALLATION 2.1 INSTALLATION VON GELATO POPAPP ACHTUNG! Für die Installation sind mindestens 2 Installateure notwendig. Vor der Aufstellung ist Folgendes zu überprüfen: - Der Untergrund muss absolut waagerecht ausgerichtet sein mit einem maximalen Neigungswinkel von 0,5 %. - Bodenplatten müssen glatt sein und keine Unebenheiten oder Fugen aufweisen, die höher/tiefer als 2mm sind. - Der Boden (sofern der Boden durch eine Deckenkonstruktion getragen wird), muss das Gewicht von Gelato PopApp, der Personen, die sich in dessen unmittelbarem Umfeld aufhalten, tragen können und es muss ein Sicherheitsspielraum vorhanden sein (entsprechend der örtlichen, bautechnischen Bestimmungen). -

- Das feststehende Modul in die entsprechende Position bringen. - Die beiden anderen Module auf ihren Rädern rechts und links vom feststehenden Modul in Position bringen. HINWEIS: Den Zubehörbeutel ausfindig machen und diesen außerhalb vom Gelato PopApp bereitlegen. Die darin enthaltenen Schlüssel sind zum Öffnen der Schlösser unerlässlich, die bei den nachfolgenden Schritten zufallen könnten. -

3 FUNZIONAMENTO 3.1 VORABKONTROLLEN UND ARBEITSSCHRITTE ACHTUNG! Das Öffnen/Schließen von Gelato PopApp birgt keine Risiken für den Bediener in sich, sofern dies gemäß den Anweisungen erfolgt. Die Abmessungen und das Gewicht der beweglichen Gegenstände können jedoch bei einem ungewollten Zusammenprall Personen- oder Sachschäden verursachen. -

3.3 ANHEBEN / ABSENKEN DER HEBEFLÄCHE Die Hebevorrichtung besitzt ein eigenes Handbuch. Wir empfehlen dies zur vollständigen Information in Bezug auf die Benutzung und die Wartung zu lesen. Die Hauptschritte sind Folgende: - Zum Anheben der Hebevorrichtung muss zuerst die obere Klappe geöffnet werden, damit das Gerät aus dem Fach von Gelato PopApp herausgenommen werden kann. -

3.5 WASCHBECKEN UND WASSERZUFUHR Das Waschbecken ist von der Wasserversorgungsanlage unabhängig. Das Wasser wird mit Hilfe einer Pumpe von einem Tank in einen zweiten gefördert. Der Zugriff zu den Tanks erfolgt über die Tür, die in Abb.13, Position A (Tank-Tür) dargestellt ist. Die Pumpe startet nach dem Öffnen des Wasserhahns automatisch. -
