To set up a new sensor, please follow the description below:

Activating .the .multi .sensor
1. Unscrew the four screws securing the battery cover.
2. Select which RCC signal you want by setting the switch to EU if situated
in mainland Europe and UK if in United Kingdom. Note that the max.
distance from the signal provider in mainland Europe is approx. 1500 km
from Frankfurt, Germany and in UK the max. distance is approx. 1000 km
from Anthorn, Cumbria.
. Select a channel.
4. Insert the battery matching the poles (+/-).
On initial set-up, simply remove the plastic strip in the battery
compartment. Replace the battery cover and tighten the four screws.
5. Place the sensor and make sure that the signal is transmitted and
received without interference.
note: .Use alkaline batteries for longer usage, and lithium batteries
in temperatures below freezing. Install the battery in the sensor before
the main unit.
Mounting .of .the .multi .sensor
The sensor is designed to be either free-standing or to be mounted on
the wall using the mounting plate, (see p. 51). When the mounting plate
is fixed, mount the sensor on the hooks and slide down the sensor until a
"click" is heard. For changing the battery, release the bottom lock by pressing
the hook towards you (use a small and flat screwdriver to handle the lock).
Keep the lock in released position while sliding the sensor upwards.
note: The sensor is not to be mounted on metal frames.
