Turn on backlight: Press the Heart-shaped button to turn on
the screen backlight, which goes out automatically in 5s;

Test heart rate: Heart rate is automatically tested on the
hour. To manually begin the heart rate test, press the
heart-shaped button and hold for 2 seconds;

Set the time: The time is automatically adjusted after your
Hesvitband is connected with the mobile APP, or, you can
change it by pressing the button: Press and hold for more
than 10s. When the hour flashes, tap the button to change
the hour. Press and hold for more than 10s again and when
the minute flashes, tap to change the minute. Lastly, press
and hold for more than 10s, when the time stops flashing,
exit the Setting mode;

Setting up your Hesvitband: On the APP home screen, tap
"settings" in the upper right corner, then select "Hesvitband
" to upload data from the APP to the Cloud
