Solution
Plug the power plug in a grounded wall
outlet.
Press the Preset Program button and turn
the Quick Control dial to select the preferred
cooking time.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in the
basket. Smaller batches will cook more evenly.
Turn the Quick Control dial to a higher
temperature (see the "Cooking Guide" section).
Turn the Quick Control dial knob to a longer
cooking time (see section "Cooking Guide")
Shake stacked ingredients (e.g. fries) halfway
through cooking time (see the "Cooking
Guide" section).
Use an oven or lightly brush some oil onto
the ingredients before being cooked in the
air fryer for a crispier result.
Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX
indication.
Push the basket down into the pan until a
'clicking' sound is heard.
This will not affect cooking of the
ingredients.
Make sure the pan is properly cleaned after
each use.
Soak the potato sticks in a bowl of water for
at least 30 minutes, then dry them with a
paper towel before cooking.
Use fresh potatoes that will stay firm during
cooking.
Make sure to dry the potato sticks properly,
then add some oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier
result.
Add slightly more oil for a crispier result.
