VORSICHT!
Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Eingriffe oder Reparatur-
arbeiten können die integrierten Schutz- und Sicherheits-
funktionen einschließlich des elektromagnetischen
Verhaltens dieses Gerätes beeinträchtigen und dadurch
Funktionsstörungen am Gerät, Gesundheitsschäden
an Personen sowie Schäden an den angeschlossenen
Maschinen bzw. Anlagebereichen hervorrufen.
Eingriffe in das Gerät dürfen nur durch den Hersteller
erfolgen!
Vor Beginn der Installations- und Montagearbeiten beachten:
• Alle Arbeiten zu Transport, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und
Instandhaltung nur von entsprechend qualifiziertem Personal
nach EN 50 110-1/-2 (VDE 0105 Teil 100) durchführen. Dabei
IEC 60 364 bzw. HD 384 (DIN VDE 0100) sowie die nationalen
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften einhalten.
• Anschluss- und Signalleitungen so installieren, dass durch das
Auftreten von induktiven oder kapazitiven Einstreuungen keine
Beeinträchtigungen der Buskommunikation verursacht werden.
• Elektrische Installation nach den entsprechenden Vorschriften
und Normen durchführen (Schutzleiter-Anbindungen, Leitungs-
querschnitte usw.).
• Bei Anschluss der Spannungsversorgung auf die richtige Polarität
achten.
Elektrische Sicherheit
Dieses Gerät ist für den Betrieb mit einer Sicherheitskleinspannung
(SELV) nach IEC 950 / EN 60 950 / VDE 0805 ausgelegt.
ACHTUNG!
Das Gerät darf nur mit einer Spannungsversorgung gemäß
NEC Class 2 oder LPS betrieben werden.
Bei der 24 V DC-Versorgung auf eine sichere elektrische Trennung
der Kleinspannung achten. Es dürfen nur Netzgeräte verwendet
werden, die den Forderungen der IEC 60 364-4-41 bzw. HD
384.4.41 S2 (VDE 0100 Teil 410) entsprechen.

CAUTION!
Improperly carried out work or repairs can impair the
integrated protective safety functions as well as the
electromagnetic performance of this device. This in turn
could cause the device
to malfunction, be the source of danger to the health of
personnel or cause damage to connected machines or
areas of the system.
Only manufacturer is permitted to carry out work on
the device!
Observe before beginning with installation procedures.
• In accordance with EN 50 110-1 /-2 (VDE 0105 Part 100),
qualified personnel only are allowed to carry out transport,
installation, commissioning and maintenance tasks. Guidelines
contained in IEC 60 364 and HD 384 (DIN VDE 0100) as well as
national accident prevention regulations must be adhered to.
• Install connection and signal wires ensuring that the bus
communication is not impaired by inductive or capacitive
interferences.
• The electrical installation must be carried out in accordance
with the relevant regulations and standards (protective earth
connection, wire cross-sections and so forth).
• Ensure correct polarity when connecting the supply.
Electrical Safety
Device is designed for operation with a safety extra low voltage
(SELV) in accordance with IEC 950 / EN 60 950 / VDE 0805.
CAUTION!
Supplied by NEC Class 2 or LPS Power Supply only
Ensure protective separation of the extra-low voltage when
connected to a 24 V DC power supply. Use only power supplies that
comply with IEC 60 364-4-41 or HD 384.4.41 S2 (VDE 0100 Part
410) requirements.
