- Remove the control knob by taking off the centre cap (see Fig. 4)
and loosening the screw under it.
- Loosen the spindle by undoing the two MS-screws with the aid
of the enclosed spanner (see Fig. 5).
- Replace the spindle by a longer one and affix it in the correct
position (spindle length is dependent on panel thickness).
- Fit the control knob to the spindle.
- Make the mark for scale reading on the panel.
F. Scale plate
For making use of the 0-100 % scale, the scale plate must be
mounted the other way round after the fixing screws of the plate
are loosened.
G. Connection
- Remove the terminal cover by loosening the central screw.
- Pass the cables through the grommet in the cover.
- Connect the wires in accordance with the diagram below (Fig. 6).
(Solder or screw.)
- Clamp the cables under the P clips in the cover.
- Refit the cover.

This diagram applies when the transformer:
- is placed on a table, or
- is fitted to a panel.
If the transformer is fitted on the rear of a panel, the primary
voltage is to be connected to N-L and the secondary voltage is to
be taken from N-T.
