Important safeguard
1. Read all instructions.
2. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner
3. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or
after malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or
touch hot surface.
5. Do not immerse cord or the motor unit into water as
this would give rise to electric shock.
6. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is
being used near children or infirm persons.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended
by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, elec-
tric shock or injury to persons.
8. Switch off and unplug the appliance before changing
accessories.
9. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a
heated oven.
10. Never eject beaters or dough hooks when the appliance
is in operation.
11. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving beaters
and dough hooks.
12. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intend-
ed use.
13. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling
or cleaning.

How to use the Hand mixer
1. Select the desired attachments, depending on the mix-
ing task to be performed: beaters for whisking, mixing
and beating, or dough hooks for kneading.
2. Before inserting the attachments to the socket, make
sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet
and Speed control switch is in "0" position.
3. To insert the beaters or dough hooks, place them with
the washer into the big socket, and place the others into
the small socket.
Note: Ensure both beaters or dough hooks are fully
inserted into the correct sockets or your mixing results
may be affected.
4. Place the Motor unit with the beaters or dough hooks
onto bracket. Ensuring it locks into position.
5. Plug into the wall outlet and push the Speed
control switch to desired setting to begin mixing. Always
start mixing at low speed and then gradually increase
the speed to prevent ingredients splashing out of the
bowl. The max operation period per time shall not
exceed 3 minutes and should be stop to cool down
enough for next operation.
6. Turn the Speed control switch to "0" position once the
mixing is completed and unplug the cord from the wall
outlet.
7. Uplift the Motor unit by press down Rotate control but-
ton.
8. Press down the Ejection button firmly to detach the beat-
ers or dough hooks.
Notes on Turbo button
The speed will be increase by the highest when turbo button
is depressed. then the appliance is operated at max speed
and the operation period shall not exceed 1 minute under
this speed.
Notes using the blending rod
1. Blending rod can blend vegetable and fruits.
2. Insert blending rod into the back cover of Motor unit,
ensuring it locks into position. Then insert it into contain-
er with vegetable or fruits. Support the Motor unit with
hand when blending, otherwise it may be fall down.
