After a few seconds you will hear the 40 seconds during pre-alarm,
wich will be followed by the alarm, if you keep on steaming the
gas into the casing.
+ Option:
Because some gases rise and some gases fall, it is possible to
improve the operation of the additional gas alarm by placing an
extra (optional) sensor that can be mounted at a different height
or position.
Operation:
Press lightly on the top of the device. (the part that shows the
flame) The 3Gas+ alarm is activated and runs an automatic test
to verify proper operation. For a good result the LED lights up
briefly and a long beep follows. After this, the sensor technology is
calibrated which is indicated by the illumination of the green LED.
After calibration, the green LED stays on. The self-test lasts for 2
to 4 minutes.
