1. Read the operating construction before using
2. Before operating, estimate the weight of the load.
3. Do not overload the jack beyond its rated load
4. Place the jack only on hard ground to avoid tottering or falling during
operation. When more than one jack is used at the same time, it is important
to operate the different jacks at an equal speed with equal load. Otherwise,
there is a danger.
5. Never stand under lifted load. Shocks must be avoided during operation.
6. Never assemble at the hydraulic jack on your own. Never change the
adjustments. You will leave the warranty.
Using: UP
1. Select point of action according to the gravitational center
2. Insert the notched end of the handle into the release value. Turn the operated
handle clockwise until the release value is closed. Insert operating handle into
the socket and the ram is steadily raised by the up and down movement of
the handle and the load is raised. The ram will stop rising when the required
height is reached.
Using: DOWN
1. Lower the ram by turning the release value. Counter- clockwise with the
notched end slacken it slowly when a load is applied, or accidents can occur.
Maintenance
1. At an ambient temperature from 27F to 113F use machine oil (GB443-
84)N15, At an ambient temperature from -4F to 27F use synthetic spindle oil
(GB442-64)
2. Sufficient filtered hydraulic oil should be maintained in the jack, otherwise the
rated height cannot be reached.
3. Fill up only, when the hydraulic jack is totally down. Fill only up to the vent.
4. User must have fair knowledge or skill in using lifting equipment. User must
operate the jack correctly according to operating instruction.
5. If the jack has some quality problems, it can not be operated.
6. Bleed the hydraulic jack from time to time. For bleeding, open the vent and
use the handle.
